Reducing energy usage in the built environment to net zero will have to be a key part of any strategy for meeting commitments for GHG reductions. While there are plenty of opportunities to include energy efficient solutions in new buildings, the greatest opportunities for savings, and financial returns are retrofit projects of existing HVAC systems.

The session will detail the different types of savings opportunities, as well as how much you can expect to reduce your energy use and carbon footprint. Where retrofit opportunities extend beyond individual components to larger systems, you'll learn about the most crucial indicators of HVAC performance and how they can be used to diagnose problems, and reverse long-term patterns of fading efficiency.
