Health Status Check 

 

Performing a Health Status Check in the Wrench app

  1. Open the Wrench App.
  2. Tap on the name of the pump you want to inspect.
  3. You’ll be taken to a screen showing eight key status indicators that provide a quick snapshot of the pump’s condition.
  4. At the top right of the screen, check the HOA (Hand-Off-Auto) indicator.
    • This shows the current control mode the pump is set to.
  5. Review the following indicators:
    • Bluetooth Connection (middle of screen):
      • 🟢 Green = Connected to the Wrench App
      • 🔴 Red = Not connected
    • BMS Icon (right side):
      • 🟢 Green = Connected to the Building Automation System
      • 🔴 Red = No connection
    • Firmware Icon (left side):
      • 🟢 Green = Latest firmware installed
      • 🔴 Red = Firmware is outdated
    • Connectivity Icon (right side):
      • 🟢 Green = Actively transmitting data to Envelope Core
      • 🔴 Red = Connectivity is interrupted
  6. Near the bottom of the screen, you’ll see Performance status.
    • Tap “Performance” to view any performance-related issues.
  7. At the very bottom, you’ll find a list of any flagged pump issues.
    • Tap to view full issue details on the next screen.
