Health Status Check
Performing a Health Status Check in the Wrench app
- Open the Wrench App.
- Tap on the name of the pump you want to inspect.
- You’ll be taken to a screen showing eight key status indicators that provide a quick snapshot of the pump’s condition.
- At the top right of the screen, check the HOA (Hand-Off-Auto) indicator.
- This shows the current control mode the pump is set to.
- Review the following indicators:
- Bluetooth Connection (middle of screen):
- 🟢 Green = Connected to the Wrench App
- 🔴 Red = Not connected
- BMS Icon (right side):
- 🟢 Green = Connected to the Building Automation System
- 🔴 Red = No connection
- Firmware Icon (left side):
- 🟢 Green = Latest firmware installed
- 🔴 Red = Firmware is outdated
- Connectivity Icon (right side):
- 🟢 Green = Actively transmitting data to Envelope Core
- 🔴 Red = Connectivity is interrupted
- Bluetooth Connection (middle of screen):
- Near the bottom of the screen, you’ll see Performance status.
- Tap “Performance” to view any performance-related issues.
- At the very bottom, you’ll find a list of any flagged pump issues.
- Tap to view full issue details on the next screen.
